Hey there! Welcome to my writing site. I hope you stick around for awhile.

A lil' about me - I’m a daughter, sister, wife, and mom living in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains. Life here is full—in the best kind of way. My husband and I share a love for the outdoors, travel, our families, our little one, and most of all, Jesus. We’re also the proud humans of two fluffy, high-energy Huskies who keep things interesting!

Now and then, I feel this nudge—an idea, a thought, something stirring inside that begs to be written down. So I’ve decided to lean in and just go for it.

Recently, while meeting with my spiritual director, the word "apprentice" came up. We were talking through some life transitions, and it struck me deeply—I’m still a learner, still a follower, still an apprentice of Jesus. The season has changed, but the calling hasn’t. That realization brought such freedom. There’s something so beautiful about watching God work through the unforced rhythms of His grace in this stage of my life.

That’s where Apprentice was born.

Apprentice is an independent publication I launched in April 2025—an outlet for me to share reflections, stories, and the lessons God is teaching me. Writing brings me so much joy, and I hope to add new content regularly as I follow where He leads.
